In accordance with Section 90 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (the Act), the Waitomo District Council hereby gives
public notice that the Local Alcohol Policy (LAP) is now adopted and will come into force today 1 September 2022.

The LAP is available on Waitomo District Council’s website. Email and hardcopies may also be requested.
