Waitomo District Council is encouraging as many people as possible to take part in this year’s ‘Shake Out 2024’ national earthquake drill on Thursday, 24 October 2024.

Schools, businesses, organisations and whānau can sign- up online then  ‘Drop, Cover, Hold’ at 9.30am on Shake Out Day.

To encourage participation in this years Shake Out Day, our friend Stan the Dog is asking that the Tamariki of our district colour in Stan for Shake Out Day!
